All our items are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we craft that item specifically for you, one at a time to ensure the highest quality!
Due to high demand during holidays, our processing and delivery times may be delayed by up to 10 business days beyond the standard time frames listed below. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Rate
The shipping cost will depend on the current logistics situation. Shipping prices may increase during holidays and year-end events due to higher demand and limited supply.
Estimated Time of Arrival
We process orders on business days, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the following time frames:
Production & Processing Time: 5-10 business days
- Standard Shipping: 7-20 business days from the date it is shipped, not the order date.
- Priority Shipping (for ornaments only): 5-7 business days from the date it is shipped, not the order date.
- Express Shipping: 3-6 business days from the date it is shipped, not the order date.
When your order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can monitor your package
Additionally, if your order is personalized or requires modifications, it may take a few additional days for our designer to complete the customization. Design time will vary based on the complexity of the request.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to follow your order’s journey home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If there is no information available when you attempt to track your package, it means the carrier has not processed your parcel yet. Tracking events will appear on the tracking page once the parcel is scanned into the system.
If your estimated arrival date has passed, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue for you.
Incorrect Address
Ensure you provide the correct address at checkout because:
- If there is incorrect or missing information that we can detect on our end, we may need to contact you for an update, causing delays in delivery.
- We are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender. Returned orders will be donated to charities and will not be returned to our warehouse. Please verify your shipping address before contacting customer service.
- If you contact the final mile carrier after your order has left our warehouse and request to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if the parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages, even if you selected combined shipping.
Can I see a preview of my final custom photo ornaments before shipping?
Please note that previews of final custom photo ornaments are not available. By ordering, customers agree to trust our expertise in creating the finished product based on provided specifications and design choices. This policy helps maintain our efficiency and product quality. Thank you for your understanding.
Our Facilities
Our company's headquarters are located in the U.S., and our products are designed here. We offer a wide range of products, some of which are shipped from our warehouse in the U.S. and others from our overseas facilities in countries including Australia, China, India, etc. Shipping times for products shipped from overseas may be longer than domestic shipments but will still follow the stated shipping time frames above.
